What a damp and dreary day! I was wondering what to photograph when I saw the reflection of the tree branches in this puddle. This photo just shouts “March!” to me. March is not among my favorite months with it’s dampness, clouds and rain. But I know it’s a necessary evil to reach the beauty of April and May.

I like the colors in the puddle. They may not be the outrageous colors of late spring, but they are pretty in their own way.
Isn’t it miserable – pouring with rain here too! Super reflections – it sort of makes the puddle look like a window into another world.
